30-Day Guarantee
We love to see results from our happy customers! If you don't notice improvements after 30 days of consistent use, documented with before/after photos or progress notes, we'll provide a full refund in store credit. Simply share your journey documentation with our team, and we'll make it right.
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 14 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.
Standard Return Policy
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used consumable products outside of our 30-Day Guarantee. Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of arrival for a full refund in store credit.
Shipping Protection Coverage
If you've added shipping protection to your order, it covers any damage or loss that occurs during transit. This includes items damaged in shipping or packages that are lost or stolen. To make a claim, simply contact us with photos of the damaged items or documentation of the lost/stolen package. Upon verification, we'll send a replacement or issue store credit equal to the value of the affected items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Aucier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Aucier will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
